The entire staff at City Lake was so nice throughout my whole visit, from check in until I left the building. I felt all my concerns were heard & the nurses, CMAs and the provider truly cared about me as a person. Shout out to Candice for being an attentive listener and addressing all my needs during my visit. The best OB/GYN care around hands down!!

Tia in the front office was able to schedule me in within 24 hours. My appointment was changed and she called with updates. Such a kind lady! The provider I saw was caring and made me feel comfortable. I probably should have waited to be seen but wanted reassurance I was ok. She didn’t make me feel silly for coming in. She was wonderful and I plan to see her moving forward.
